Purpose in Action

I’m doing this work to help light up the world by witnessing and supporting lightworkers to light up themselves. We all have great potential for everything and anything in our bodies. To access our potential, we need to clear out, brush off, blast through or otherwise get rid of the stuff holding us back.

The personal, intuitive gifts that I bring to our healing sessions are: explaining strange, complex and wonderful things in ways that resonate and are accessible; meeting you where you are; and to flow with a session – to improvise, to create in the moment, to adapt, to co-create an experience with you that is unique to us and unique to today!

A Powerful Shift

It’s not about building ourselves up or adding things to our beings. It’s about getting rid of the restrictions that obscure us from ourselves so that we can be our full, radiant, authentic selves.

I feel that humanity is undergoing a significant shift in consciousness. We each contribute to that. We can contribute by doing our own work in this world to elevate our thinking, our feelings, our doing, our entire beings.

I’m drawn to this work because I love being connected to and present for my fellow beings as we level up our consciousness in this lifetime.

There is no right or wrong way to do it and no right or wrong time to do it. I love Reiki because it meets each of us exactly where we are here and now. It assists us in our levelling up whenever we choose it.

Portals to Spirit

My spiritual practice is varied. In addition to studying Reiki through LunaHolistic since 2013, I’ve practiced kundalini yoga and trained as a teacher through Studio Sat Nam in Calgary.

I’ve explored tantra and sacred sexuality through several mystery schools in Canada and internationally. I’ve studied with several types of shamans and have journeyed through many aspects of my consciousness and the collective conscious.

I’ve found that the work all works for me!! The different spiritual practices have served as varied portals to The Great Mystery. I love and appreciate how they have all woven together in my life to support my personal growth and transformation.
