New creations: Give yourself permission to bloom

Springtime brings blossoms of all kinds. One of the many gifts of spring is the fresh start. The clear and clean slate.

But a clean slate can be scary too.

More than once I have looked at a blank page thinking,”I have nothing to say” or worse.

Creations stopped before they even start.

But creativity is so necessary to living. Trying to stop it only cause us to come to grief.

Try as you might, a great idea will pester you till the end of your days. You might as well do the work and bring it to the world anyway.

Maybe fear is the only sticking point.

The truth is that no matter how long it takes, the work that is waiting to be created is right there for you.

You have permission.
