In this transformative 5 week online course, Geneva Robins, M.Sc., Reiki Master and Teacher, leads you through practical and meaningful meditations, journalling exercises and Affirmation Ladders that are designed to incorporate the Reiki Ideals into daily life.
This course answers the biggest question that Geneva had from her Reiki students, “How exactly do I let go of anger and worry?” This course is a step by step guide to answer that deep question and yearning. In the process, happiness is the natural result.
The class runs Thursdays from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm (MDT) starting April 2 to April 30, 2015. Share with like-minded folks in a safe and nurturing environment. Ask Geneva super difficult questions! Develop a meditation and affirmation practice that will make you happier!
Each webinar is recorded and you will be able to download the recordings for previous classes.
Following each webinar class, a link will be emailed to you with the recorded session for viewing outside of class. You will also receive a mp3 file of each of the meditations as a bonus gift to support your practise.
