When I sat down to create it, over two years ago, I originally just wanted to spend more time teaching these important skills to people. What I got was far, far greater than I ever imagined.

People sat down, in a circle together, and shared, connected, and changed. The changes they made allowed them to release life-threatening addictions and depression, for good.

And it wasn’t just that first group of people who changed! Consistently, we see people change deeplyas they work their way through the material.

Basically, I can say with 100% belief, if you show up, do the work, you will change. You will find a stable source of happiness. You will learn a skill that helps others. You will walk away from any self-destruct sequence currently ticking away in your life.

What the Heck is Reiki?

Reiki is Divinely guided life force energy. It takes practise to step ‘aside’ and let that energy flow unimpeded. Originally, students would study with Master Usui for years before getting attuned to Level I. Reiki is a spiritual discipline that takes a lifetime to master. It takes patience and dedication to truly master the inner self to allow the Reiki energy to flow.

I developed this course in consultation with Master Usui, who is the founder of Reiki, through meditating and channelling his guidance.A big part of Reiki is surrendering your own ego self and personal thoughts and needs to serve the larger wisdom present in Divine Life force energy. That was exactly what I did in the creation of this class. I surrendered my own thoughts about how I was supposed to teach this class and listened to the deep wanting that was being asked for by spirit. In the end I created a class I have never taken, but wish I did!

This course is divided into eight lessons, with one lesson for each of the major chakras and one for the aura. You will get attuned to Level I in class 7 and most of class 8 will be spent practising Reiki. There is a very strong emphasis in this class on self-healing and developing a self-care practise. This is because Reiki is a powerful healing energy and it has the tendency to illuminate all the dark corners in our body-mind. Reiki brings things to light so they can be healed. Everything that comes to light during this course will begin to heal.

Based on the teachings of Master Usui, Louise Hay, Candace Pert and Dean Radin, this course integrates leading edge science with ancient principles of well-being and spiritual discipline.

This course is designed to give you ample time to practice meditation, affirmations and self-healing and learn to integrate these energies into daily life.

Course structure

The course is set up to run weekly over eight lessons of three hours each (a total of 24 hours of instruction time). Class sizes are small (4 to 6 people) to encourage sharing and participation of everyone. We provide support in between classes and throughout your Reiki journey. This course is designed to support beginners and advanced energy workers alike in developing a solid home practice of self-healing and meditation. This course is accessible to all and challenging to all.

We are very dedicated to this work, and while we are light-hearted and playful in our approach, we are also very disciplined in our own self-practise. We carefully create the best possible experience for our students. If you apply to learn Reiki with us, you will need to complete and submit a short questionnaire. We will send you the link to the questionnaire once you apply. The most important thing is not what answers you put in the questionnaire, but THAT you answer. We are looking for students who will willingly participate in their own self-healing.

This course only works if you show up willing to grow and change. If that is you, if you are ready for a change in your life, if you are tired of living a half-life, if you are ready to fully embrace the life of your dreams, then THIS is the course for you! We teach Reiki, yes, but we are really in the business of changing people’s lives.
